About the Opportunity

BestView Blinds is a startup window covering company positioned for growth in the Ottawa region. The groundwork has already been laid -- from a professionally built website and branded social media presence to supplier agreements and marketing materials. We're now seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial-minded

Owner-Operator

to take over day-to-day operations, drive sales, and build this business into a leading local brand.

This is

not

a salaried role -- it's an equity partnership. You will step in as the operating partner and co-owner of BestView Blinds.

The Backstory

The brand is already equipped with:

A live website and online presence Branded Google Business, Instagram & Facebook accounts Hundreds of printed door knockers and lawn signs Two wholesale suppliers, including a signed agreement with Maxxmar Initial product and pricing setup
After an initial launch that resulted in a few sales, the founder transitioned into a full-time executive role at another company and can no longer run BestView full-time. Rather than let the brand go unused, we're offering an equity stake to someone who's ready to take the reins and scale it.

Who We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who is:

Highly motivated and entrepreneurial Experienced in sales, operations, or home services (window coverings is a major bonus) Customer-focused, with strong communication and leadership skills Ready to build something long-term and be rewarded with ownership and profit-sharing

What You'll Do

As Owner-Operator, your role would include:

Running day-to-day operations (quoting, installs, customer communication) Managing marketing (lawn signs, door knocking, online inquiries) Driving local sales and expanding partnerships Building the team and leading future growth

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
