Key Responsibilities:

Perform residential and light commercial repairs, maintenance, and small renovations Provide quotes and deliver excellent customer service Manage your own schedule and job pipeline Apply marketing and sales strategies to grow your client base Recruit and manage additional team members as your business expands Maintain tools, equipment, and a reliable work vehicle

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of handyman or trades experience Own tools and a truck or cargo van Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in team-building and business growth
