Overview
We are seeking Owner Operators to join our team with a 26 foot straight truck tandem axle with tail gate.
As a Owner Operator , you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials from one location to another. This position offers independence and the opportunity to run your own business within the framework of our company.
Must have your own company CVOR, workers comp, adequate insurance.
Duties
- Transport freight in a safe and timely manner
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance on your truck
- Plan routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate with dispatch as needed
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of cargo
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups - 3 signatures on all bill of ladings
Experience
Required:
- Commercial driving experience
- Knowledge of freight transportation procedures
