Job Description
Aquatrans Distributors requires experienced Owner Operators for work based out of our Vancouver Island lanes. As an Owner Operator for Aquatrans you will be operating on the Vancouver Island and may need to travel to the mainland. You will be responsible for transporting goods and materials over long distances for our Reefer division.
Compensation
: Work is trip rated and hourly depending on destination.Shift schedule
: 4-5 days per week, or as needed. Shift times are variable. Weekend work and layovers may be required based on business needsBenefits

Pre-trip and post trip inspection Maintain accurate driver logs Operate truck and trailer in safety minded way Report vehicle deficiencies Transport various goods across Vancouver Island
Requirement:
Class 1 drivers' license 2 years of tractor-trailer experience Verbal and written communication in English Must have a reliable cellphone to operate Samsara Safety conscious and safe operator Equipment must be 2012 or newer
