Overview
We are seeking reliable
Owner-Operator Courier Driver
to provide timely and professional delivery services. This is a full-time position for approximately 2 months and ideal for independent drivers who own and operate their own vehicle and are looking for flexible, consistent work. This role may extend after the 2 month period and lead into a permanent full-time position.Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver packages safely and on time Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules Maintain accurate delivery records and proof of delivery Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers Ensure cargo is handled with care and professionalism
Requirements:
Must be able to work Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm Must have your own reliable vehicle Must have a valid BC drivers license Must have your own Worksafe BC insurance Strong knowledge of the greater Victoria area Ability to lift 50lbs safely and without difficulty Excellent communication skills for coordinating with staff and clients Experience in courier driving is preferred but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, Freelance
Pay: $3,250.00-$4,500.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
