- Valid Class 1 Driver's License
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fully inspect the vehicle before beginning the route to ensure proper and safe handling conditions
- 1 year of verifiable Canada/US CDL driving experience
- Clean driver abstract, Criminal Record check, Pass drug and alcohol test
- Able to cross the U.S./Canadian Border
- Maintain an accurate MOT/DOT logbook, Run on ELD, Familiar with Canada and U.S.A. - H.O.S. regulations
- No major preventable accidents in the past three years
- Able to complete routes safely in varied driving conditions (city/country/difficult weather)
