• Operate oxygen, acetylene and oxy propylene torch
• Working both outdoors and indoors
• Ensure the cleanliness of the premises;
• Wear personal safety equipment;
• Able to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Ability to follow all procedures and guidelines for Health and Safety protocols
• Must obtain a Class 5 drivers license
• Knowledge of steel (an asset);
• Intertest in demolition and deconstruction
