Candidate profile (title) Who you are

Candidate profile (text) - Default language \xe2\x80\xa2 You have about 1 year\'s work experience in a high-volume logistics or retail environment where you dealt with customer order fulfillment (distribution center experience is a strong asset but not necessary)

• You have proven leadership experience of at least 1 year where you directly led a team
• You are a natural leader. You are comfortable managing, coaching and developing a dynamic team, and always have succession planning in mind
• You\'ve worked with material handling equipment many times before (and hold all appropriate certifications and licenses)
• You are computer savvy and generally comfortable with technology (and can easily learn new software and systems)
• You have a solid understanding of budget, costs and KPI\'s, and how to use KPI\'s to plan, follow up and steer the business
• You are willing and able to work very early in the morning (before the store opens)
• You are totally cool working in a physically demanding, fast-paced, work environment

Key responsibilities (title) Your responsibilities

Key responsibilities (text) \xe2\x80\xa2 Coaching, managing, mentoring and onboarding new and existing team members to ensure that they succeed with us. This includes identifying and developing internal talent for the future.

• Empowering your team by delegating tasks
• Ensuring logistical operations are running smoothly, including inventory routines, preparation of store for daily opening, and the minimizing of wait times at merchandise pick up.
• Improve productivity via efficient resource planning,
• Secure that the work of the goods flow team complies with IKEA\'s Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation relating to Health and Safety
• Offers input to the store\'s business plan and logistics action plan

Full-time: 40 Hours / Week (Including Weekends)

Overnight Hours: 8:00pm to 10:00am

Salary: $55, 200 / Year + Benefits (Starting pay may increase depending on experience)
