We have a full-time opportunity for an Overnight Supervisor within our Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Department at our Saint John, NB Corporate office. We welcome you to a role that offers the opportunity to work with an established team who are committed to your success and delivery of our Count on Me service promise. Currently we offer flexibility for our teams to work a hybrid schedule which provides the opportunity to work together in our Saint John office and also to work from home with company provided equipment.

The Wyndham Hotels & Resorts department provides reservation services on behalf of our 24 different Hotel Brands in more than 80 countries. We offer 24/7 service in 7 languages when receiving and responding to calls from our customers through our 1-800 service or directly from our hotel properties. This is a dedicated overnight support position and the schedule will be 8:30 PM-7 AM (4 days) or 10:30 PM-7 AM (5 days).

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts a supervisor motivates and develops team members to meet and exceed goals and drive performance results through active mentoring, coaching and development. You will ensure quality and consistent Count on Me service to our members. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible to uphold our Business Principles which support a positive work environment.

Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated three (3) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a leadership role, post-secondary education and/or previous experience in the hospitality industry would be preferred, team-oriented with the proven ability to build collaborative working relationships, promote open communication and welcome opportunities for feedback for supporting and developing your team, results-driven and committed to establishing exceptional customer experiences and data-oriented and creative problem-solving. Previous Supervisory experience is considered an asset for this role.
