Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Overnight Supervisor to oversee our operations during the night shift. This role is crucial in ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service, team management, and food quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in food service.

A&W Experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements and Duties:

This position requires the employee to stand for an extended period of time (up to 12 hours) Occasionally must lift heavy boxes when dealing with product inventory (max 50 lbs.) Having the capacity to handle stressful situations Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring. Proficient in food preparation techniques with a solid understanding of kitchen operations. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food service industry. Experience working in a restaurant or similar culinary environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all meals meet quality standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent teamwork skills, with a willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed. Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Assist in the cooking process by following recipes and instructions from the head chef. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and storage areas. Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Help with meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
