We are seeking a dedicated team player Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents as necessary. The Security Guard will play a crucial role in loss prevention and ensuring the safety of all individuals on-site.
Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of property and personnel. Help in all departments when needed Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor. Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $15.95-$18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
