Robert Q Airbus has been providing ground transportation services to and from Toronto Pearson Airport and Detroit Metro Airport to various locations in Southern Ontario since 1977. Robert Q Airbus' convenient schedule serves all air travellers 365 days a year. Overnight Reservation Agent Job Summary: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Overnight Reservation Agent will deliver outstanding quality interaction to our valued customers ensuring professionalism and the highest level of service excellence is achieved aligning with Robert Q Airbus and Travel?s Core values and Code of Conduct. Overnight Reservation Agents promptly respond to client inquiries in a timely, friendly and thoughtful manner supporting a safe, enjoyable and positive customer journey. As an integral part of the team, the Overnight Reservation Agent will collaborate to ensure the customer?s needs are met and satisfied: Prioritizing customer calls, emails and face to face interactions. The Overnight Reservation Agent displays a caring and positive attitude while maintaining a high level of respect for Robert Q customers and staff. Status: Part time 32+ hours/ week Due to the operational needs, this is a strictly overnight position, the hours of work from 11:30PM - 8:00AM. Qualifications:

• Successful completion of post secondary school or equivalent education and experience acceptable to Robert Q

• One-year previous work experience in a customer service capacity or equivalent acceptable to Robert Q

• Demonstrated customer service experience

• Positive and empathetic individual who can effectively work within a diverse team

• Skilled individual with effective communication and listening abilities along with good telephone etiquette

• Sound organizational and time management skills

• Proficient computer skills including: OTMS (custom Robert Q software), Outlook and internet navigation or ability to learn

• Demonstrated commitment to Robert Q?s Core Values and Code of Conduct

• Proven attendance and punctuality
