Canadian Arctic Protective Services (CANAPS) is Looking for Full time, Casual term or Relief personnel to add unto our current roster. Be ready to join a serious and professional team located in Iqaluit Nunavut;

Position : Overnight Officer

Training : Training provided internally with in class settings and via online modules with our established academy.

Accredited, certification provided all free of charge for those working for our organization.

Equipment: Provided by us

Requirements:

Ability to undergo security clearance with CRC as minimum, in general good health and able to do mild physical demanding duties.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security during overnight hours. Conduct surveillance and report any suspicious activities or incidents. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary. Maintain accurate logs of activities and incidents throughout the shift. Provide assistance and support to the public as needed, ensuring a safe environment. Collaborate with team members to uphold security protocols and procedures.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
