Trinity Janitorial is currently looking to add a:

Overnight Janitorial Lead Hand

The successful candidate will have:

- Valid Manitoba Drivers license

- Clean criminal background check

- (5) years experience in Janitorial, Hospitality or a related field

- (5) year minimum experience in a supervisory role

- experience performing Strip and Wax of floors (preferred but not required)

As an Overnight Janitorial Lead Hand you will be responsible for:

- Training new employees using our Smart Phone App and training modules

- Fill in for any absenteeism or attrition

- Launch new contracts

- Perform Quality Assurance Inspections on existing locations

- Driving from location to location is a requirement of the position. You will require a valid Manitoba Drivers License.

- Due to the nature of the role, between 10% to 50% of your time may be spent performing hands on cleaning tasks.
