We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Housekeeping team full time at The Glencoe Club. As a Overnight Housekeeper you will provide a clean and healthy environment for members and guests and aim to achieve a high standard of professional cleaning at all times.

Responsibilities:



Deliver exceptional service to members and guests, meeting or exceeding annual service standards

Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas using dry/wet mops, vacuums, and carpet shampooers

Perform detailed cleaning of walls, ceilings, stairwells, elevators, and kitchen areas

Disinfect and sanitize floors and surfaces, ensuring hygienic conditions

Conduct floor care including scrubbing, buffing, and waxing hard surfaces to maintain appearance

Report damages and communicate effectively with staff and supervisors using two-way radios

Complete tasks that meet Glencoe Health and Safety standards and the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations

Qualifications:



1-2 years of housekeeping or commercial laundry experience

A diplomatic, outgoing personality with an ability to foster relationships with members and employees

Comfortable with the physical requirements of the job including standing for an extended period of time, walking, lifting, grasping and performing repetitive motions

Adaptability and flexibility to learn and apply skills through on-the job training Ability to effectively follow verbal and written instructions in English

Additional Details:



This is a Full Time position that reports to the Housekeeping Director. The successful applicant must be able to work weekdays and weekends, with shifts being from 10pm-6am Wednesday to Sunday.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace and Respect in Sport online certifications prior to commencing employment.
