Mysa Nordic Spa & Resort is Prince Edward Island\xe2\x80\x99s first Nordic Spa. Located in St. Peters, Mysa will offer a wide range of spa and relaxation services including Scandinavian hot baths, essential oil steam rooms, cold water plunges, a Finnish sauna, massage therapy, meditation, and relaxation sessions. The resort will also include 17 water view accommodations, top-tier food and beverage service, and provide residents and visitors with a place to heal, rejuvenate, and refresh.

As an Overnight Front Desk Agent, You Will

• Greet arriving guests, check in and assign rooms

• Take, cancel and change room reservations

• Process telephone calls

• Process wake-up calls

• Provide information on hotel facilities and guest services

• Arrange services required for guests with special needs

• Process guests\' departures, calculate charges and receive payments

• Provide exceptional guest service

• Property walk through

• Work alongside of the spa team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

• Positive and outgoing personality

• Love for building strong relationships with team members, our guests and the community

• Excellent oral communication

• Effective interpersonal skills

• Previous Overnight Front Desk Agent experience is considered an asset
• Ability to work night shift is required
