Cleaning Attendant

SkyTeam Lounge - Vancouver Airport

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning in the lounge area to include kitchen, shower rooms and washrooms. Ensure showers are thoroughly cleaned after each use. Complimentary toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shaving kits shall be provided to customers Ensure washrooms are clean, smell fresh, and well stocked with premium paper supplies All surfaces are regularly wiped clean, with attention around sink, toilet, drains, group between tiles in order to prevent mold and mildew Floors are kept free of dirt and paper, sweeping every hour or as needed Vacuum carpet areas regularly as and when needed Spot clean walls daily including kitchen Sweep and damp mop the buffet floor as needed Maintain cleaning supplies stock(e.g. detergents) and place orders when necessary Provide laundry service for bath towels and cleaning cloth To dispose of waste, including recycling, compost and trash. All services shall be performed on a regular basis to assure superior standards Assist in washing, drying dishes and glasses in the kitchen

Requirements

1 to 2 years experience in janitorial service Basic English proficiency Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team Evening, weekend and holidays work as required. A flexible schedule is preferred Strong multi-tasking skills

Position Type

Full time and Part time

Salary: Staring $18.00; $1.00 extra night premium between 11:30 pm to 7:00 am

after 3 months probation, hourly rate will be readjust base on woke performance

Please note that you must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
