Exciting opportunity to join a brand new concept by JJ Bean Coffee Roasters - NEATE DONUTS by JJ Bean Coffee Roasters located in downtown Vancouver.

Primary responsibilities:

Making yeast dough, fillings, and glazes. Frying and decorating donuts. Maintaining inventory and ordering ingredients. Maintaining a clean and organized working environment.
This opportunity might be right for you if*:

Have a car or another reliable mode of transportation. Have completed a Baking and Pastry program. Are familiar with mixing equipment (Hobart). Proficient in making dough and various fillings (pastry cream, fruit fillings, etc). Enjoy a busy, physically active work environment. Have a positive, solutions oriented attitude. Can communicate effectively in the English language. Are reliable and punctual. Love to learn new things and are open to feedback. Are able to stand for 8 hours per day. Are able to lift up to 25kg. Have a valid work permit to work in Canada. Available to work weekends.
*We are open to training someone with no prior experience if they have a keen interest in baking and demonstrates a willingness to learn.
