We are expanding our team and seeking an

Overhead Door Technician Leader

. This role is ideal for an experienced professional ready to take on responsibilities while continuing hands-on installation work.

What You'll Do

As an

Overhead Door Technician Leader

, you will play a key role in ensuring our team delivers top-tier installations. Your responsibilities will include:

? Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing overhead door systems with precision.

? Use hand tools and power tools to complete installation tasks.

? Managing worksite operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

? Communicating with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are exceeded.

? Diagnosing mechanical, low voltage electrical, and structural issues, offering expert solutions.

? Coordinating with project managers to ensure timely project completion.

? Upholding and enforcing safety regulations and best practices.

Who You Are

We are looking for a

skilled and experienced professional

. The ideal candidate will have:

? Previous experience in

construction or a related field.

? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.

? Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and teams.

? Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

? A

team-oriented mindset

and a commitment to professional growth.

? A valid

Class G driver's license.
