Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Garage Door Technician with a minimum of 5 years as a lead tech

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with sectional overhead doors, rolling steel doors, and related equipment. This role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, and new installations on a variety of commercial and industrial sites in the oil & gas .

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair overhead doors, operators, and loading dock equipment Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and accurately Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Interact professionally with customers and provide excellent service Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used Work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications

5+ years of experience with overhead or garage door systems (preferred) Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction Welding, electrical, or construction experience is an asset

Compensation

$[30]-$[45.00] per hour, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 70 per week
