Main Responsibilities
Complete installation, field service, preventive maintenance and repair of loading dock, overhead door, commercial door equipment while on site
Work with coordinators for parts requirements, scheduling, and technical support
Maintain adequate stock levels of required parts on trucks - identify and report when quantities are low and require re-ordering.
Maintain a clean, organized company truck and operated in a safe manner.
Complete required company forms and PMP checklists in a timely and appropriate fashion.
Complete ongoing required training to ensure you are able to perform your duties in a safe manner. Demonstrate proper safety procedures and product knowledge
Qualifications
Commercial dock and door industry experience or exposure
Must be highly proficient with hand and power tools and committed to working in a safe manner
Sound mechanical and electrical knowledge is a must and must be supported by working experience and training credentials
Valid driver's license with clean driving abstract

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
All training and certifications (forklift, scissor lift and working at heights) will be paid by Northern Dock Systems (if not already in place)
