miEnergy is one of Western Canada's leading renewable energy solutions centre, based in Saskatoon and serving Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Manitoba. We have installed over

1,500 solar and geothermal systems

for residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial clients?. We offer full-service, turnkey solutions--including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Operations & Maintenance--ensuring quality, safety, innovation, and reliability from start to finish?.

Your Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business across your territory while educating and inspiring prospects about the benefits of clean energy.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect actively across residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial sectors. Provide on-site consultations to assess energy needs, roof/ground suitability, and conceptualize custom system proposals. Present tailored solar and geothermal solutions, emphasizing cost savings, sustainability, and rebate incentives. Close deals and manage contract negotiations to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads to support consistent pipeline growth.

Ideal Candidate

1-2+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in renewable energy (solar, geothermal, HVAC, construction). Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a mobile workload. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable with tech and CRM systems. Dedicated to exceptional customer service and proactive follow-through.
