Outside Sales-Residential Exterior Renovation Company

We are seeking a professional salesperson to add to the family-based atmosphere of our expanding company. Most of our quality leads come from referrals that are very pleased with the work we have completed on their homes. This high percentage of sales leads from referrals provides a sales person with a significant advantage in securing contract sales.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in sales within the residential exterior industry.

Hardie Siding with Trim

Acrylic Stucco Systems

Exterior Painting, Stucco Re-Finishing

Residential Sloped Roofing

Real Stone Veneer

Board and Membrane Decking

Additions and Modifications

The ideal candidate would have a strong communication and a competitive, outgoing personality with organizational skills. You will be creating and building relationships with our valued clients. Demonstrated passion for the construction industry including the ability to communicate with clients to assess what they want and need, and then present ideas and home improvement solutions. Position requires estimation, sales presentations, product selection and great organization skills.

Essential Functions:

Has the ability to be technically oriented to prepare proposals and sales contracts. Maintains accurate product knowledge Works independently to present at assigned prospect opportunities. Task-oriented with urgency to follow-up with potential customers. Maintains a professional appearance and provides a positive company image to the public. Assists with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include some evenings and weekends. Significant local travel to potential customers; valid driver's license. Sales experience, especially in the construction industry is a plus.
Experience:

Sales/Residential Construction: Minimum 2 years preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
