Position Summary
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets through effective territory management and customer visits. This role involves developing profitable customer relationships and maintaining a professional company image. Integrity, passion, and strong presentation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and cultivate solid partnership relations with customers in the territory while seeking new business opportunities in the market.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Highlight product features and benefits, quote prices, and prepare sales orders.
Carry out sales and marketing programs to customer base and stay aware of new products and competitor activities
Maintain accurate records and documentation in sales management software and assist in creating RFP responses
Participate in the company's quarterly inventory count and assess market conditions and report findings.
Maintain a territory expense and sales budgets
Perform presentations and demonstrations at customer sites and trade shows.
Requirements
Here is what's important to have to apply
Post-secondary education in business studies preferred or equivalent skills and /or work experience
+3 years' experience in a manufacturing, retail, or distribution environment
Proven sales experience within the building materials, hard goods, and construction industries
Strong Initiative and superior multi-tasking ability
Own a valid driver's license and have the ability to travel extensively within the territory
Health and Safety
Wear PPE as recommended.
Adhere to health and safety policies and promote awareness.
