Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team in rural manitoba. In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding our customer base and strengthening existing client relationships, aligning with our mission of service excellence and community support. This position is based in Winnipeg and Rural Manitoba and offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a reputable company.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Identify new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Present product solutions tailored to customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales or business development within the retail service or related industry.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build lasting client relationships.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Valid driver's license, own vehicle and willingness to travel as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
