Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role is critical in driving our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, combined with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the commercial sector.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Present and promote Sky City Roofing Ltd to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

2. Account Management:

Oversee customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, account management, and/or roofing estimation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Manitoba.

Basic understanding of commercial roofing systems and materials an asset.

Pay: $65,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
