As a Sales Representative specializing in welding consumables, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and fostering strong partnerships with our valued customers. You'll leverage your expertise in welding rods, flux-cored wire, MIG wire, and other related products to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that drive their success.

Responsibilities

Actively seeking out and engaging new and existing customers within your assigned territory. Developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships built on trust and mutual benefit. Understanding customer requirements and recommending the most suitable welding consumables for their specific applications. Providing technical product knowledge and support to customers, demonstrating the features and benefits of our extensive product line. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals. Achieving and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Staying up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities. Collaborating effectively with internal teams, including customer service and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences. Managing your sales pipeline and providing accurate sales forecasts.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the welding consumables sector. Strong business development skills with a focus on building client relationships. Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the industrial supply or welding industry. Solid understanding of welding processes and a strong knowledge of welding consumables, including welding rods, flux-cored wire, and MIG wire. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within your assigned territory. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
