AA Travel & Tourism is expanding its business development team and is seeking dynamic
Outside Sales Agents
to help grow our corporate and B2B client base. This role is ideal for driven sales professionals who excel at face-to-face networking and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and meet new potential clients
Develop and secure
corporate
and
B2B
travel accounts
Represent AA Travel in external meetings, networking events, and on-site client visits
Bring qualified leads to our office, where our internal team will complete the booking and deal closure
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and consistently bring in new business opportunities
Compensation Options:
1. Base Salary + Commission
Includes a fixed base salary
Requires minimum working hours and weekly office presence
Commission paid on every closed deal originating from your leads
2. Commission-Only Model
No base salary
No required hours or office commitment
Earn commission on every successful booking generated from your leads
Qualifications:
Sales experience required (travel industry experience is an asset)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confidence in building and managing client relationships
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
