What You'll Do

Learn the ins and outs of roofing systems and techniques through hands-on field training Guide homeowners through an educational, no-pressure sales process Communicate value in a clear, honest, and compelling way--even when we're the most expensive option Represent our core values in every interaction--with clients, team members, and the community Listen deeply and offer solutions that serve the client's best interest Help clients understand why quality matters and how we deliver it
