As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines both in-house and on-the-road sales activities, requiring you to build strong relationships with new and existing clients while offering a range of products and services. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our machines and supplies, handling customer inquiries, and providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Client Acquisition:
• Prospect, identify, and approach new customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and upsell additional products.
• Conduct in-person meetings with clients to present product offerings, services, and machine demonstrations.
• Product Knowledge & Sales Process:
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of the equipment.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process, including discussing product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to address customer needs effectively.
• Service & Support Sales:
• Offer service plans and maintenance contracts for machines, ensuring customers are aware of all service offerings.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues.
• In-House Sales Support:
• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person at the office.
• Process orders, prepare quotes, and assist with order follow-ups.
• Sales Targets & Reporting:
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales reports.
Qualifications:
• Previous sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or the foodservice equipment industry.
• Strong understanding of foodservice equipment is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage both in-house and field sales responsibilities efficiently.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Own vehicle is required for client visits and local/regional travel.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
