We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction and building materials industry, with a focus on cladding and facade systems. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Commission-based role

with minimal base salary. Right opportunity for a proven sales closer.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new sales prospects in the construction and building materials industry. Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and identify selling possibilities. Set up meetings with potential clients and present NUEWAL's product offerings. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to prospective clients. Negotiate and close deals, handling complaints or objections as needed. Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and other important data. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and understand the company's products and services to facilitate sales efforts.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Executive, or similar role. Understanding of sales performance metrics and experience with CRM software. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Time management and planning skills. BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
