. We are looking for a driven
Outside Sales Representative
who understands HVAC systems and knows how to close deals in the field.
What You'll Do
Meet homeowners for pre-set and self-generated appointments
Assess customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, tankless systems, etc.)
Present pricing, explain financing options, and close sales
Build strong relationships and maintain a high level of customer trust
Work closely with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
What We're Looking For
Proven outside sales experience
(HVAC or home services strongly preferred)
Solid knowledge of HVAC systems
and how they work
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Comfortable working evenings and weekends when needed
