We are seeking a sales professional to fill the position of Outside Sales Representative. The successful candidate will concentrate on B2B sales in the Toronto market focusing on commercial cleaning.
Job Requirements:
Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads provided
Self generates leads through cold calling, CRM mining, attending networking events, etc.
Capture customer information and all sales activity in CRM software
Meet monthly sales goals and metrics
Monitor competitive activity
Communicate customer requirements to Operational team to ensure smooth customer on-boarding
Applicant Qualifications:
Proven leadership qualities
Self-motivated: ability to work effectively and autonomously (deadline & detail oriented)
Professional, polished appearance
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to negotiate and close contracts
Prior and proven successful experience in sales, customer service or related field
Use of Excel, Word, Google-suite platform, CRM Platforms
4 years of B2B sales experience
