Your Role:

Engage with Home Sellers: Conduct in-person and virtual appointments, ensuring a seamless, stress-free selling experience while identifying opportunities for higher-value deals. Qualify Seller Leads: Manage inbound calls, assess seller motivation, and match their needs to our solutions, quickly closing deals with precision. Research & Evaluate: Analyze property values and seller situations to make compelling, tailored offers. Maximize Earnings: Hit--and exceed--sales targets by meeting sellers' needs efficiently and effectively, translating into bigger commissions for you. Manage Your Pipeline: Leverage our CRM to track leads, follow up, and close deals with strategic and organized precision.

Key Requirements:

Location: Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area. Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales with a track record of smashing targets and maximizing earnings. Skills: Stellar communication and negotiation skills, with a competitive edge. You're goal-driven, adaptable, and relentless in the pursuit of success.

Compensation:

Salary of $55,000 + commissions & bonus structure
