The successful candidate will reside in or around Ontario.
They will be responsible for growing their territory through face-to-face interactions with new and existing customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for offering the best possible customer experience by providing services such as in-person presentations and hands-on training of new and existing products.
This territory covers a section of Ontario.
A competitive salary and bonus compensation package will be offered. We're also offering a vehicle allowance, company technology (phone, computer), fuel reimbursement and travel expenses.
Post-secondary education is preferred.
Responsibilities
1. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas by the individual customer, territory, and product
2. Meet expected sales volumes for existing and new products
3. Manage a set territory by:
A. Reviewing existing sales information for challenges and opportunities
B. Understand the existing customer base through a SWOT analysis
C. Present product opportunities to customers in order to foster growth
D. Schedule appointments with new and existing customers
E. Develop strong customer relationships to ensure Thermor Ltd. is their supplier of choice
F. Attend trade shows and conferences, as required
4. A few nights per month of overnight travel is to be expected
5. Weekly reporting is required
Skills
1. Outside sales experience, using professional selling techniques
2. Will be self-motivated with strong self-management skills
3. Has the ability to work independently, with very strong communication skills
4. Must be well organized, be able to multi-task and will work well under pressure
5. Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills are an asset
6. The successful candidate must be team oriented and comfortable selling in a team environment
