OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - J. WRIGHT SALES LTD.

J. Wright Sales is a manufacturing sales agency, representing a large selection of nationally recognized brands in the plumbing and kitchen cabinet industry. Proudly serving Atlantic Canada for over 40 years, we work with great brands and awesome people. We're looking for an Outside Sales Representative who's a strong fit for our team and our values. Creating an exceptional experience for our customers, manufacturers, and employees is at the heart of what we do.

We are seeking a permanent, full-time Outside Sales Representative for New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. You'll play a key role in retaining and growing existing accounts while building strong relationships to develop new business. You will also provide daily sales support and professionally represent J. Wright Sales manufacturers within your territory. You will call on trade and retail customers, focusing on plumbing and kitchen cabinetry products. A teamwork approach is key, as you'll collaborate regularly with head office, our sales team, customers, and manufacturers.

The ideal Outside Sales Representative is a driven, quick-thinking professional with strong sales, leadership, and presentation skills. You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment while building and maintaining relationships with customers and developing new business. You handle customer needs and concerns efficiently, enjoy participating in trade shows, meetings, and training seminars, and are open to travel. Most importantly, you value honesty, professionalism, and being part of a local, family-run business.

Applicants should have a solid working knowledge of basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office, and be comfortable giving presentations and arranging meetings with customers. We are looking for highly organized, friendly individuals with a valid driver's license, strong written and spoken English skills, and are based in the Moncton or Fredericton area.
