to promote and sell our HVAC cleaning services. If you enjoy talking to people, are confident, and want strong commission-based earning potential, this role is a great fit.

Job Overview

You will be going door-to-door offering homeowners essential HVAC cleaning services, such as

mini-split cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, furnace cleaning, and air duct cleaning

. Your job is to

explain the service, build interest, handle objections, and generate sales

This position is

100% commission-based

Responsibilities

Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods Present HVAC cleaning services to homeowners using proven scripts Generate sales and fill the schedule for our technician Maintain simple records of customer details and sales Coordinate with our technician to ensure smooth scheduling Represent Better Air professionally with strong communication skills

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with homeowners Experience in door-to-door sales, solar, roofing, alarms, pest control, or home services is an asset Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Commission-driven mindset Ability to walk outdoors for extended periods Basic understanding of home services or HVAC is helpful but not required
