We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for technology sales, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client requirements. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage existing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product improvements, and market conditions.

Requirements



Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable. Familiarity with technology sales and marketing strategies is a plus. Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is an advantage. Pay: $36,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
