What You'll Do
As a Home Comfort Specialist (HCS), you will:
Attend pre-booked appointments (some evenings/weekends as needed to support customer schedules)
Self-generate additional leads through referrals, networking, and customer relationship building
Conduct in-home assessments to understand customer needs and provide tailored comfort solutions
Clearly explain product options, pricing, rebates, and financing programs
Build trust by recommending the right solution--not the most expensive one
Follow up with prospects, close deals, and maintain long-term customer relationships
Represent Gandy Installations with professionalism and integrity at every visit

Ideal Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience (HVAC sales preferred but not required)
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products, promotions, and processes
Reliable vehicle & valid driver's licence
Ability to pass a criminal record check
