POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated
Outside Sales Representative
to join our Langley, BC team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing an established client base while working directly under the guidance and mentorship of our
Business Development Manager (BDM)
.

You will work closely with your Inside Sales partner and other Outside Technical Reps, and will be expected to attend regular face-to-face meetings with customers in the Lower Mainland.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Travel within your local sales territory to meet current customers and to target potential prospects in the lower mainland.
Build and maintain relationships with new and current customers.
Maintain records of sales leads and customer accounts, by using our CRM platform.
Educate customers on our products and services.
Educate then Sell our company's products and services.
Monitor and understand our company's competitors and market conditions, to thoroughly understand our selling environment and clients' needs.
Engage and benefit from our in-house training.
Work closely with an inside sales partner.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
High school graduates who can commit to full-time work are welcome to apply.
Business or sales education background is considered an asset.
Previous customer-facing sales experience (any industry) is preferred.
Possess a valid, clean BC driver's license.
Owns and maintains a vehicle that is operational, reliable & acceptable for company usage.
Excellent computer skills, including MS Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent english verbal & written communication skills.
Friendly & personable self-starter, with a willingness to assist customers.
Adaptable- you will find yourself in many different places and situations daily.
Motivated to find new prospects, and to develop new business.
On-the-job reliability with an understanding of consultative selling.
Ability to manage time effectively by organizing & prioritizing workload.
Manufacturing knowledge or prior work experience with Plastics, Rubber or Urethane; OEMs; food processing plants and other similar industries customers .

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
