Duties



Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify potential growth areas Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits to clients Manage account portfolios, ensuring timely follow-up and service delivery Support business development efforts by attending industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

Qualifications



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or Packaging industries sales. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication skills in English. Basic skills in accounting software such as QuickBooks. Training will be provided. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic account management plans Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and customer needs Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques for business growth

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
