Primary duties:
As a
Hunter Sales Representative
, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the cabinetry, homebuilding, and renovation markets. You'll work closely with designers, builders, and homeowners to provide solutions that reflect Kekuli Bay Cabinetry's reputation for quality and service.
This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-focused salesperson with proven experience in the
cabinetry, millwork, or building materials industry
.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Kelowna and surrounding area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuilders, contractors, designers, and homeowners.
Conduct on-site and in-showroom sales consultations.
Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Stay current on industry trends, materials, and design innovations.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of sales experience
in cabinetry, millwork, or related building products.
Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
Strong network within the construction, design, or home renovation community is an asset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
