We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of various sales techniques, including outside sales, B2B sales, and account management. This role involves engaging with clients to promote our products and services, driving business development, and managing customer relationships effectively.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation to identify potential clients.
Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Deliver compelling product demos to showcase the value of our offerings.
Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for effective territory management.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to our products.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technology sales environments.
Strong skills in account management and territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Experience in direct sales or retail sales is a plus.
Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently and effectively communicate value propositions.
A proactive approach to lead generation with experience in cold calling preferred.
