Outside Sales Representative

to join our high-energy team!

Work Location:

Field-based, face-to-face with homeowners across Hamilton and surrounding service areas within 45 minutes of our office (49 Morley St, Hamilton, ON).

Industry / Products:

Roofing, siding, windows, doors, soffit, fascia, and eavestrough services.

Meet with homeowners to provide home improvement solutions Strive to earn the customers trust and business on the first visit Perform home inspections and generate quotes Build and maintain client relationships Represent Gerry's Roofing & Siding Inc. with professionalism and integrity

What we are looking for:

Outgoing, coachable, and goal-oriented personality Previous B2C sales experience a plus, but not required Must be comfortable working outdoors and on roofs Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to thrive in a commission-based role

Pay: $150,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
