Role
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for promoting Lincora products to architects, contractors, distributors, and end-user clients. They develop opportunities early in construction projects, build strong relationships, and close strategic sales that directly contribute to the growth of the Ontario territory.
Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Development and Follow-up
Identify and develop projects by highlighting Lincora's competitive advantages.
Meet with clients to design tailored solutions following Lincora's sales approach.
Ensure product integration into specifications and construction plans.
Follow up on bids and negotiate contracts to secure projects.
Update opportunities in the CRM and maintain visibility of the sales pipeline.
Monitor public tenders and the construction market.
Present product lines and their benefits to architects and design professionals.
Build relationships with general contractors and conduct courtesy visits.
Work closely with internal teams (estimating, production, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Deliver Lunch & Learnpresentations to the architectural community.
Business Development and Representation
Participate in events, trade shows, and professional associations.
Actively represent Lincora in the industry and help strengthen brand awareness.
Monitor competitors and identify strategic partnerships.
Other Responsibilities
Contribute to sales meetings and strategic company initiatives.
Prepare bids and perform other related tasks as needed to support sales development.
Profile Sought
Relevant experience in B2B outside sales, ideally in construction, architecture, or design.
Strong ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Strategic mindset, results-oriented, and focused on business development.
Excellent oral and written communication skills (English essential, French an asset).
Good knowledge of computer tools and CRM systems.
