We're a fast-growing graphics and printing company specializing in equipment/motorsports custom wraps, signage, decals, and branded marketing materials. With in-house designers and production, we deliver fast turnaround and high-quality work for businesses, fleets, events, and individuals.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a hungry, self-driven sales professional to join our team on a

full-time commission-only structure

. Perfect for someone who wants unlimited earning potential and thrives on closing deals.

What You'll Do:

Prospect new business in local markets & online Sell custom wraps, commercial graphics, signage, decals, print services, and branding packages Maintain and grow client relationships Meet sales targets and generate consistent leads Work closely with our in-house design & production team to hand off projects

Ideal Candidate:

Previous sales experience (printing, marketing, automotive, wraps, or B2B preferred) Strong communicator, confident, and comfortable prospecting Motivated by commission and performance Reliable, organized, and customer-focused Owns a vehicle for local sales travel (optional but beneficial)

Compensation:

Commission + Base or draw. Negotiable

with industry-leading percentages Monthly performance bonuses available No income cap
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,995.51-$146,500.47 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
