About the Role:

Performance Window Cleaning is expanding and we're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our business across the Golden Horseshoe. This position focuses on promoting and selling our residential and commercial exterior maintenance services--including window, gutter, stucco, siding, and stone cleaning--through door-to-door sales and outdoor marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business by canvassing neighborhoods and local businesses Present and sell our exterior cleaning services to homeowners and commercial property managers Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns promptly and professionally Gather customer information and prepare accurate quotes Close sales and track results using company tools and reporting systems Consistently hit sales targets and look for opportunities to upsell services (e.g. contracts, bundled services)

What We're Looking For

Post-secondary education (college diploma or university degree preferred) Sales background (outside sales, B2C, or B2B is an asset) Customer service experience an advantage Strong communication skills--verbal, written, and presentation Driven, goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized Comfortable with mobile apps for data entry and Microsoft Office tools
