Position Summary:

We're seeking a driven and energetic Sales Representative to expand our linen, uniform, and mat rental services. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and providing customized solutions to meet each customer's needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our customer base across industries (hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, and more). Identify, prospect, and secure new business through cold calls, networking, and referrals. Manage the full sales cycle -- from lead generation and proposal to closing and onboarding. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover upselling opportunities. Conduct site visits and product demonstrations. Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless account setup and service delivery. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in linen, uniform, or facility services (experience with companies like Cintas, Unifirst, or Aramark is a plus). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Results-driven with a hunter mindset and customer-first attitude. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
