We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it will enhance communication with diverse clients. The Outside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strategic outreach, product presentations, and tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure sales agreements that benefit both the client and the company. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for market expansion. Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new technologies relevant to the products or services offered.

Experience



Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within B2B environments. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively. Familiarity with marketing strategies and technology sales is preferred. Excellent analysis skills for assessing market data and customer requirements. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines. Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases. Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, and achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.

Pay: $35,500.00-$143,279.82 per year
