Duties

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends. Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, showcasing their benefits and features. Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on progress. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support. Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with prospective clients. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand professional network.

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in Hardwoods sales. Strong understanding of customer service principles and account management strategies. Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage leads and track sales performance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage clients at all levels. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members when necessary.
